La Chablisienne is a cooperative with 300 members, including 200 winegrowers and 5 prestigious vineyards, representing 25% of the Chablis vineyards. Founded in 1923, La Chablisienne has won numerous awards and developed its range with finesse. So you can look forward to a wealth of discoveries. Also based in Vézelay, this cellar is a must. All the more so as, despite its great success, prices remain affordable. And don't forget the tasting sessions, from the simplest to the most gastronomic. Don't miss it!

Created in 1978 by Jean Jacquin, it is now Jean-Michel (one of his sons) who is at the helm of this beautiful family estate of 7.6 ha (including 3.85 ha in 1er Crus and 4 ha in Chablis). Here, the wines are vinified then bottled at the domain in the purest tradition and in the perfect respect of the soils and the natural processes. To taste here Chablis 1er Cru Montée de Tonnerre, Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons, as well as Chablis Vieilles Vignes, Petit Chablis and Chablis.

Henri and Madeleine Laroche were at the origin of this beautiful estate. Since then, generations have succeeded one another and the Laroche family now cultivates 22 hectares of vines: 5 ha in the^1er cru Fourchaume, 1.30 ha in^1er cru Beauroy, 11 ha in Chablis and 4.50 ha in Petit Chablis. We particularly like the Chablis Saint-Pierre, named after the ^12th century church in Chablis, the Chablis^1er cru Troësmes, not to mention the Fourchaume, the Fourchaume "L'Homme mort" and the Fourchaume "Héritage". An excellent production recognized and distributed all over the world!

Frédérique and Hervé, winemakers at Domaine Fillon in Saint-Bris-le-Vineux, invite you to discover their excellent production in a beautiful store located in the heart of Chablis. Wines from Chablis and Auxerrois (whites, reds and rosés from chardonnay, pinot noir, sauvignon and aligoté grapes), but also fruit juices always in season (with cherries, for example). Not to mention the local products from small local producers.

In Préhy, this estate produces Chardonnay for the Bourgogne and Chablis appellations, Sauvignon for the Saint-Bris AOC and Pinot Noir for Irancy, all with the HEV label. You can discover them (and taste local produce) in their Chablis cellar. In addition, 2 superb gîtes are available in Préhy. And soon, a beautiful hotel in the center of Chablis: the emblematic Hôtel Bergerand is being renovated and will soon be transformed into the Hôtel Gueguen!

A short while ago, Alexis and Vianney embarked on a crazy adventure: creating a microbrewery in Chablis from Burgundy malts. Their beers are 100% organic, like "Porte Romane", which won the title of "Best Blonde in France". Or "Vintage", a limited series of beers aged in Chablis Premiers and Grands Crus oak barrels. Not forgetting "Rives du Serein", of course. There's a cosy bar where you can discover them all on site. You can also visit the brewery. It's worth noting that many establishments in the region have added Maddam to their menus.

At the entrance to Chablis, the Domaine Long-Depaquit, its superb château and its vast park with century-old trees is an ideal place for a visit and a tasting. Property of the Bichot family, this is one of the most famous and oldest houses in Chablis. It covers a vineyard of 65 hectares, 10 of which are grands crus and 15 are premiers crus. "La Moutonne" (2.32 ha in grand cru) is its standard-bearer. If the weather is good, a ten-minute walk will allow you to admire a superb panorama of the vineyard.

The terroir of this domain has been exploited for 6 generations. The 13 hectares are planted with the appellations Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis^1er Cru Côte de Léchet and Beauroy, Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos... Note that the wines of the domain have been awarded medals at the competitions of Mâcon and Bordeaux, and have also received a "coup de coeur" from the Guide Hachette des Vins. You will appreciate the advice given in the cellar, which has been specially fitted out to welcome groups and facilitate access for people with reduced mobility.

Tradition and quality are the key words of this estate, which offers vintage wines, appreciated by connoisseurs, and which can be found on the best tables in France. All the parcels of the estate are planted within a 2 km radius, in the heart of the historic appellation. The result is four Grands Crus (Les Clos, Vaudésir, Les Preuses and Les Blanchots) and four Premiers Crus (Montée de Tonnerre, Fourchaume, Mont de Milieu and Les Vaillons). The Pinson family has been established here since the ^16th century. This beautiful 14-hectare estate (HVE label since 2019) produces Chablis AOC, Chablis Grand Cru and Chablis^1er cru. Boasting 9 references expressing fruity or more mineral characteristics, and always with strength and finesse, it has received numerous awards, including two silver medals at the Concours des vins de Chablis 2024 for its Chablis 1er Cru La Forêt 2022 and Mont de Milieu 2022. An excellent address. You'll be welcomed in a small cellar dating back to the house's beginnings. A must-see!

Here, we work the wine since... 1585! A family estate managed from father to son since then. Practicing a traditional vinification, 9 wines are proposed here to the choice of the connoisseurs, distributed on the four appellations of Chablis: Le Petit Chablis "La terre de mon père", Le Chablis, Le Chablis Vieilles Vignes. With three Premiers Crus and three Grands Crus. Do not hesitate to go and taste them, the welcome is always friendly and passionate.

This estate cultivates its vines on 33 ha, ten of which are planted with Premier Cru. The wines are highly distinctive, with intense aromas of white flowers, rose and acacia honey on the nose and palate. A know-how that focuses on quality at every stage of production. As a result, the company's products can be found on all the best Burgundy tables, and even far beyond! The Hachette Wine Guide 2023 awarded Chablis Grand Cru Vaudésir 2019 2 stars and a Coup de Coeur.

Settled in 1990, Isabelle and Denis Pommier took over the family land to develop it. 16 hectares of vines with, on the menu, several appellations of Chablis and Burgundy. A long term work, the result of the passion of these winegrowers. An estate that has gone organic to respect the environment and the vines. Result: numerous awards and recognition on the best local tables. Notably in 2019 in the Hachette wine guide on the Hauterivien 2016, the Côte de Léchet 2016 and the Chablis premier cru Troesmes.

The Vocoret family is one of the oldest in Chablis and for 4 generations it has been taking care of its vineyards located on clay-limestone slopes. Vocoret et Fils cultivates about forty hectares where the famous Chablis vintages are produced, including the first vintages montée-de-tonnerre, mont de milieu, forêt, vaillon, montmains and côte-de-léchet, and the great vintages vaudésir, clos, valmur, blanchots. Here, traditional vinification is practiced and bottling is done on the property. A know-how that is exported all over the world.

In 1998, an estate grand cru vinified in oak barrels was ranked among the world's top 100 wines. In 2021, the Chablis^1er Cru AOC Les Vaillons2018 received a Double Gold Award in Japan's first international wine competition. This shows the importance of this family estate, which is also a founding member of the Union des Grands Crus de Chablis. More than half of the 30 hectares are old vines. And of course, traditional vinification is the order of the day at this estate, which - as you'll have guessed! - sets the standard!

the Defaix family have been winegrowers for 4 centuries. In other words, they know their way around the terroir! They welcome you to their 7 cellars dating from the ^8th to the ^12th centuries, to the Lys de Chablis (their hotel) and to the bistro Le Mâchon Vigneron, where local (and homemade) cuisine blazes. Like the escargots au chablis Defaix or the jambon braisé à la chablisienne, whose original recipe comes from the family. We also liked the piece of beef with Soumaintrain sauce from the Gillot farm.

Laroche has 3 locations in Chablis: the boutique, the Obédiencerie and the Hôtel du Vieux Moulin. The Obédiencerie building is emblematic of Chablis heritage. You'll love the tasting tour of these ^9th and ^12th-century cellars and a ^13th-century wine press, followed of course by a wine tasting. Domaine Laroche's production includes many Chablis wines, of course, but there are also others from all over the world. There are also some great ideas for discoveries, such as a picnic in the vineyards. We love it!

Great name of the Chablisien, this house has everything to please. Located in the main street, and close to a bistro, the William Fèvre estate is situated in a 19th century neo-gothic property, based in a former convent. The estate produces all the local appellations: petit chablis, chablis, chablis premiers crus and chablis grands crus. Tastings are held in the cellar: the welcome and the setting are more than appreciable, as is the advice in the choice of wines. A very good address and excellent vintages!
