A division of the B.I.V.B. (Interprofessional Wine Bureau of Burgundy) reachable (tel.) 03 86 42 42 22, whose premises are nearby, has this magnificent building. It remains only this part of the th century of the ancient Cistercian cellars of the neighbouring abbey of Pontigny, the remainder being destroyed in the sixteenth century. Banquets and receptions take place regularly in this vast and beautiful vaulted room.
