The Pinson family has been established here since the 16th century. This beautiful 14-hectare estate (HVE label since 2019) produces Chablis AOC, Chablis Grand Cru and Chablis1er cru. Boasting 9 references expressing fruity or more mineral characteristics, and always with strength and finesse, it has received numerous awards, including two silver medals at the Concours des vins de Chablis 2024 for its Chablis 1er Cru La Forêt 2022 and Mont de Milieu 2022. An excellent address. You'll be welcomed in a small cellar dating back to the house's beginnings. A must-see!
