Since Laurent Schutzger took over Le Goupil in June 2023, this bon-vivant haunt has given itself a second life! Open all year round, Roland Frey's former wine bar has become a real lively place. Concerts, improvisations, themed evenings: the atmosphere is always there. The room has expanded, as has the menu, with a selection of natural wines. On the plate, tapas, quick meals and seasonal oysters. And on Sundays? A generous brunch to round off the week. Le Goupil 2025: vibrant, gourmet and as friendly as ever.
