When he's not on the ski slopes during the season as a ski instructor, he shares his passion in a pleasant, welcoming setting where you immediately feel at ease. The wines he selects illustrate the richness of terroirs from here and elsewhere (over 50 Grands Crus) and are mostly from sustainable or organic viticulture. They are accompanied by charcuterie and cheese boards, tartines and other delicious antipasti!
