A passion for wine runs in the Lapierre family, with Romain representing the fifth generation of winemakers. On his six hectares, he produces crémants, as well as wines in the Saint-Véran, mâcon-villages and pouilly-fuissé appellations (including two hectares in1er cru). He pampers his vineyards with great respect for nature. Awarded the "Haute valeur environnementale" label in 2018, his production should officially become organic in 2025. A few samples can be tasted in his beautiful guest house.
