The Dessendre family cultivates about 10 hectares of vines where they grow Burgundy aligotés, Burgundy white chardonnays, Burgundy crémants, Burgundy rosés, Burgundy reds and of course Burgundy Côtes du Couchois. Although Marie-Anne and Jean-Claude have been at the head of the estate since 1985, the family is mentioned in the history of Couchois since 1612. The amateurs do not hesitate to say that this burgundy leaves fully the word to the fruits (redcurrant, cherry, blackberry).
