Chef Nicolas Martin, with his experience in prestigious establishments such as Lameloise or Trois Gros, is in charge of the kitchen. Proud of his Burgundian roots, this native of the region develops his creativity around the land and seasonal flavours. His gastronomy is generous, highlighting local products with finesse. In the dining room, the service is thoughtful and discreet, bringing an extreme refinement, like an Evidence.
