Located near the Eastern Townships and Chaudière-Appalaches regions, the municipality of Ham-Nord, which celebrated its 150th anniversary in 2014, has less than 1,000 inhabitants. It is a small and rather quiet town, but it does have a few points of interest, such as the Cascades trail (1.5 km, hiking and snowshoeing) along the Des Vases River to stretch your legs, the brewery farm La Grange Pardue to enjoy artisanal beers from the local area, or the ecovillage La Cité Écologique that can be visited by reservation to discover a lifestyle based on sustainable development.
