L'Ardoise, located in downtown Macon, with its exposed beams, beautiful stones and menus written on the slate that punctuate the room, invites you to taste. A sleek decor, highlighting quality cuisine based on fresh produce of the day and discoveries of the market. Stéphane Chevauchet, the Chef, selects, from the local producers, meat, poultry and fish from the river Saône. To accompany these dishes, the Chef also has an excellent wine cellar. Discover, regional specialities such as homemade parsley ham, the Burgundy snails, pan-fried frogs' legs and Bresse chicken with Jura wines. With 50 seats inside and 30 seats on the terrace, L'Ardoise can accommodate groups, especially families and businesses. An address to test.

Great place with house made dishes. The chef is really nice and will prepare everything freshly. Very good variety of dishes. They also prepared some vegetarian options for us on request.
