La Marmite de l'Echanson, a restaurant in the heart of the village of Leynes, is housed in a beautiful stone building, and has become a local institution. David and Richard offer seasonal cuisine with a local accent, both Burgundian and Lyonnais. Their aim is to offer traditional dishes, like those cooked by our grandmothers. The wine list also focuses on local products, with bottles mainly from the Mâconnais and Beaujolais regions, which the owners source directly from the winemakers.
