The last Colombian town before Central America. This quiet little village borders the Panamanian border at the top of the hill. Here, too, the jungle and beach offer plenty to marvel at and enjoy. Local life is peaceful, punctuated by fishing. Enjoy your stay in a hammock between two coconut palms, sipping homemade ice cream, or take to the waves: surfing, sailing and diving are just some of the activities on offer. La Miel beach can be reached on foot in about half an hour. Sapzurro is 1 hour's walk from Capurganá, via a well-marked footpath, or 10 minutes by lancha.
