A breath of fresh air blows through the Fleur de Sel Restaurant, taken over in 2020 by Abdou Dicko and Joanne Demougin. Abdou's experience of gourmet restaurants in France and Senegal brings a welcome touch of exoticism, color and original flavors to his cuisine. Shrimp accras, sea bass roulade, Indian salad... the chef's creativity is infinite. In summer, remember to reserve the terrace overlooking the canal. The dining room offers a panoramic view and takes care of your comfort. With efficient service and reasonable prices, you'll be glad you came back.

Open daily for lunch. Low season: Tuesday to Saturday evenings. High season: Tuesday to Sunday evenings. Menus from €27 to €36 (2 to 3 courses, evenings and weekends + suggestions). Dish of the day: €13.50 (2 courses €18.50, 3 courses €19.90). Brunch 1st Sunday of the month €31 - Senegalese evenings on selected Thursdays. Terrace overlooking Canal du Centre - Boat moorings and Harbourmaster services nearby.

Open 7 days / 7 except Monday evenings. The times indicated are the times of order taking. Open in summer on Saturdays and Sundays afternoon.
