Une table toujours soignée ainsi qu'une carte toujours variée et de saison.
Assez surpris du commentaire de Martine Chatard ! Habitué des lieux et trés souvent attablé à la Coline, je connais bien les cartes qui changent très souvent au gré du marché et des saisons. Il n'y a jamais eu de "cromesqui" ou "cromesci" d'escargot à la carte de la Colline !
Les plats servis étaient délicieux et pleins de saveurs. J’ai également pu visiter les chambres d’hôtes, qui sont absolument magnifiques. C’est un lieu que je recommande chaleureusement pour son excellente cuisine et son hébergement de grande qualité.
