In a pleasant setting, the French and Japanese restaurant sublimates local products with flavors and a refined dressage.
La Maison Minori has taken up residence in a former wine storehouse in the heart of the town of Givry. Owner and chef Sébastien Dorier blends the two cultures he holds dear: those of France and Japan. He succeeds marvelously in sublimating local products while taking us on a journey to the land of the Rising Sun. From his experiences there, in the finest restaurants, he reuses characteristic flavors and a refined style of preparation. The result: a gustatory voyage in the most agreeable surroundings.

Excellent repas, au goût très fin avec une composante japonaise. Joli restaurant au centre du village, service très agréable.

Cuisine gastronomique. Super presentation. Service discret et tres sympa par une jeune femme.
Tres belle carte des vins.
Au niveau de pas mal de restaurants 1 etoiles de la region
Menu minori a 75 euro pour entree plat et dessert avec les petits amuses bouches extras avant l entree et au café
89 euro par tete avec 1 bouteille de pouilly-loche et 1 givry 1er cru
