The Île Chaumette restaurant, a local institution, is back in business. Situated on the banks of a branch of the Saône, the restaurant has been renovated in the spirit of an 80s-style guinguette chic, with a stone, iron and wood decor and a vast terrace. Pascal Choléwa, a chef with 40 years' experience, offers yesterday's cuisine with today' s tastes, to please everyone. A glassed-in cellar with 200 wine references invites you to let yourself be carried away on this "bistronomic" ship. Seasonal products, short circuits, frogs, fried fish and fish are the signature of the place.
