The Vincent Royet family estate, established in the heart of the Côtes du Couchois since 1930, produces crémant and white and red wines renowned for their quality and reasonable price. In 2024, its Phoenix (pinot noir) and Les grands quartiers (chardonnay) cuvées were rightly hailed by the trade as wines not to be missed. With his father Jean-Claude, Vincent perpetuates the family know-how on the 13 hectares of vines. In the new building created in 2022, you can admire the state-of-the-art winery and cellars.
