To the north of Rabat, 12 km of deserted beaches stretch as far as the village of Mehdia, in the Kenitra region. A real meeting place for surfers in search of the authentic. Here, a quiet life flows between a picturesque fishing port, beautiful waves, a kasbah from the Spanish era and a pleasant cornice. Several walks are available to you in the vicinity: ancient sites, surrounding villages, and the reserve of Lake Sidi Boughaba. Along the beach, the road to Mehdia is home to several snack bars and restaurants where you can enjoy good grilled fish. The place is also pleasant at sunset, with a drink with your feet in the sand.
