MAISON PELLETIER
That's what you call ambition and talent. In 2022, at the age of 19, Pierre-Jean Pelletier took over his bosses' two bakeries in Cormatin and Saint-Gengoux-le-National. And the success was immediate. People flocked to try the bread (including the famous Pain des bûcherons) as well as the incredible viennoiseries and cakes. In addition to the classics, there are specialties such as the Bourguignon, a soft cookie with blackcurrant compote and crunchy chocolate. Quiches and other savoury dishes are also to die for.
