Jean-Pierre Michel has made his domaine a benchmark for fans of the Viré-Clessé and Mâcon-Villages appellations. Since 2017, together with his son Quentin, they have been tending nearly 9 ha of sunrise-facing vines. Their old-fashioned manual work, without herbicides and using organic fertilizers, earned them Organic Agriculture certification in 2022. The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified without yeast or chaptalization.
