Travel Guide Isla Palenque

An island of 160 hectares, with magnificent landscapes, a good part of which is made up of a preserved primary forest. Isla Palenque belongs to a great American architect who likes to come here to cut himself off from the world. The island hosts a small luxury resort, perfectly integrated into nature. Those who are lucky enough to be able to stay there must plan at least three or four nights to really enjoy the potential of the place. Seven wild beaches and trails throughout the island allow you to observe iguanas, anteaters, armadillos, howler monkeys and a host of birds. The island is easily accessible, only fifteen minutes by lancha from Boca Chica.
