Founded in 2023, former restaurateur Tristan Barreiros's delicatessen has quickly made a name for itself, having been recognized for its quality by the Collège Culinaire de France, and in early 2025 was awarded the prestigious Prix Epicure, the Holy Grail of the profession. The range includes a multitude of sweet, savoury and alcoholic treats, such as homemade pastis, beer and rum liqueurs. Collected as locally as possible, honeys, oils, jars, jams and other dried cakes are available to take away or taste on the spot.
