Brasserie in Chalon-sur-Saône offering a creative and bistronomic cuisine with seasonal products.

Le Terminus, just a stone's throw from the Chalon-sur-Saône train station, is the Hôtel Saint-Georges brasserie, with a warm, contemporary decor. Chef Luc Filoé's brasserie menu combines creativity, tradition and generosity. He works brilliantly with seasonal produce, and puts Burgundy's terroir in the spotlight (snails, poultry supremes, etc.). The service is rigorous and led by a dynamic team. It's all in a day's work for us, and for the guests of the hotel, which has itself been completely renovated in line with the latest trends.

Je n’ai pas trouvé ce qui était critiquable, étonné par les avis aussi divergents, personnel tres prévenant, cuisine tres bonne, table simple, mais fort agréable.
Nous n’avons ni été déçu, ni trouvé des « cafards » (faut changer vos lunettes…), car c’est tres propre !!!

J'ai écouté les bons conseils et j'ai bien fait. Belle brasserie où l'on est pas serrés comme des sardines. Accueil et service ok. Tartare délicieux. Seul défaut : du boudin noir en plat du jour sans autre choix... Grosse erreur à mon avis. Obligé de manger à la carte ????
