Le Terminus, a stone's throw from the Chalon-sur-Saône train station, is the chic brasserie of the charming Hôtel Saint-Georges, with its warm, contemporary decor. Chef Luc Filoé combines creativity, tradition and generosity. He works with seasonal produce and puts Burgundy and French terroir in the spotlight. Cheek of beef, grilled pork chop, fillet of sea bass, burgers, snails, vacherin and honey-roasted pineapple are all on the menu, at reasonable prices. Service is rigorous and smiling.
