Brewery in Chalon-sur-Saône producing traditional home-made, local and seasonal cuisine, colorful dishes.

Located opposite the Palace of Justice, the aptly-named Brasserie du Palais was taken over in spring 2023 by Emma and Alexandre. The decor is both sober and chic, with different areas for lunch (only) or drinks in the evening. The menu is short, the service efficient and the dishes classic (burgers, salads, fillet of beef...) and very well mastered by the chef, who also offers daily suggestions. The huge terrace is a pleasant bonus, and the big screens offer sports fans plenty of material for passionate evenings.

De passage ce midi ( voyage à moto ), avons choisi cet endroit un peu au hasard. Service impeccable, serveuses très sympas efficaces et rapides. Hamburgers de folie ! Quantité et qualité parfaites. Panacotta de folie aussi !!! Cafés offerts ????. Tables sur terrasses sous énorme parasol donc bien ombragée. Super endroit ????????????
