Super séjour au sein des "Ursulines". Lieu insolite et bourré de charme !

Très déçue. Après une super expérience il y a 3 ans aux Ursulines, nous nous faisions un plaisir d y retourner. 3 chambres réservées. Lorsqu on nous a dit qu il n y avait plus de restaurant, 2eme déception. Nous avions tellement bien mangé il y a 3 ans. Les chambres étaient correctes, propres mais pour un 4*, dans 1 chambre il n'y avait qu'un petit gel douche et pas de savonette, et dans les 2 autres rien! Lorsque nous avons demandé à la réception on nous a donné 2 savonettes et quand on a dit qu on n avait pas de gel douche, on nous a dit "c est normal"! L hôtel en général ne fait pas très accueillant. Nous avons été tellement décontenancé par cette arrivée que nous n avons même pas profité du magnifique parc. Nous n avons pas pris les PDJ. Pour le prix franchement, la prochaine fois on ira ailleurs.

Hôtel qui n’ai pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles, vieillissant et mal insonorisé. Heureusement que le personnel est accueillant et serviable. Gros plus pour le petit déjeuner avec ses nombreux produits fait maison, jusqu’aux yaourts ! C’est la première fois que je vois un aussi beau buffet.

Petit déjeuner en famille incroyable, large choix, personnel à l’écoute du client. Des œufs brouillés a tombé par terre. Merci à Franck pour ce festival de gourmandise et son sourire. La journée part du bon pied
