Séjour parfait dans un lieu magique à deux pas de la cathédrale. Accueil charmant et apero dans la cour tous les vendredis soirs.

Côté resto éphémère. Belle carte de vin (à servir peut-être plus tempérés). Cadre d'exception. Expérience culinaire qui manque toutefois d'un poil de concordance/cohérence entre les produits présents dans l'assiette pour être de la même envolée.

Il est rare que je me sente aussi ému que je le suis aujourd'hui à l'idée de faire le bilan d'un lieu. C'était vraiment une expérience exquise. Le confort et la beauté de l'hôtel et de ses chambres, la gentillesse et l'hospitalité gracieuse du propriétaire de l'hôtel, et l'incroyable restaurant pop up dans la cour ont fait de ce séjour une expérience inoubliable. Je ne saurais trop recommander cet endroit.
