At Le Cathédral, at the back of Autun's majestic edifice, you'll enjoy the cuisine of chef Étienne Brenot-Lonjard, who assists Philippe and Charly Barnay, the restaurant's creators. The menu is creative, focusing on Burgundy classics in boldly successful flavor combinations. Vegetarian dishes are also on offer. The elegantly chic dining room, with its red armchairs contrasting with exposed stone walls, offers typical views of the narrow streets of old Autun, including the cathedral.
