A stopover in Anost is the restaurant La Galvache, owned by René and Catherine Fortin since 1977. In this hotel-restaurant, they welcome visitors in a family spirit. There's no fuss here: dishes are simple, served in generous portions, and come exclusively from the Burgundy and Morvan traditions. In summer, you can ask to be seated on the large terrace overlooking the surrounding greenery. The partly pub-style decor, created following the owners' trip to London, makes you feel like you're traveling even further afield.

Repas entre amis , accueil chaleureux , aperitif servi avec jambon du morvan , assiette de charcuterie avec jambon de pays jambon persillé , coq au vin ( 10 morceaux pour 3 et de la sauce qui déchire)fromage plateau avec 5morceaux , en revenant pose cigarette fromage blanc ( 3 faisselles et crème de la ferme énormes) , tiramisu succulent que je ne savais pas au le ranger dans mon ventre ,super rapport qualité prix , je recommande fortement et reviendrais ,.
