A small town on the border of Puisaye-Forterre, in the north of the department, Bitry offers its trails and ponds to hikers and fishermen. A haven of serenity in a green setting, the village is located a few kilometres from Saint-Amand-en-Puisaye, capital of pottery, and not far from the medieval site of Guédelon, and the castle of Saint-Fargeau. It is thus a nice place to visit the neighbouring regions and discover its rich heritage. Lovers of outdoor activities are not to be outdone since the area has mountain bike trails. A Nivernais getaway that will surprise you.
