Conny and Alain, new masters of the places, welcome you in an authentic Austrian chalet, a charming place offering a beautiful view of the plain of French Flanders. To come to the Rabbit, nothing easier: after crossing the agitation of the Black Mount from Bailleul, continue towards Ypres 1 km and near the Mont Rouge, quietly, it will be there. Just sit down and relax! The language barrier will not reach you because the staff are proficient in Dutch and French. On the menu, the chef cuisinera the famous small ribs but also the coast to the bone (individual!), rabbit to prunes, carbonade or even fish cassolette. Tea-room the rest of the day, you can relax with coffee, homemade crêpes or local beer and if the sun is at the meeting, the sun and shaded terrace can accommodate 60 people. A beautiful place where conviviality and gastronomy go hand in hand!

Je retourne régulièrement à cette adresse pour ses travers de porcs délicieux et copieux. Les grillades sont réalisées dans la vaste cheminée centrale de ce chalet authentique. La viande y est cuite à la perfection. Je vous recommande forcément les travers de porcs, la spécialité de la maison. Les desserts sont également énormes ! Il faut se mettre à plusieurs pour finir certains ... certains soirs des concerts sont organisés par des groupes de la région dans une ambiance bon enfant.
