Open since 1997, the Bistro Sint-Blasius has earned a reputation of choice in the region. It has recently been completely renovated and offers its customers a refined and intimate atmosphere. However, the atmosphere is always friendly. The place is known for its fish casserole, Thai curry, garlic snails and shrimp croquettes. There is also a carefully selected wine list. Plus: the homemade sauces and chips and the heated terrace! An address not to be missed in Roeselare!
