Christina welcomes her clients in a refined setting, while Chef Grégoire offers classic gourmet cuisine with contemporary notes, respecting the products and their seasonality. Cod cheeks, Mechelen asparagus, 75° farm egg, Ostend grisette as a starter and grilled turbot steak as a main course, with Canadian lobster, lobster béarnaise, potato soufflé, baby spinach. To finish, as a dessert or a (very) gourmet coffee. Beautiful wine list, including some great vintages. Beautiful cuisine at reasonable prices.
