This restaurant has a beautiful family history. It is the second version of The Flying Carpet opened by the parents of Chef Felix and was a great success in its time. The flavors of the bistro's cuisine have been kept by adding boldness and creativity. For example, you can enjoy haddock with black garlic, cucumber and ginger or pigeon with young onions and chanterelles. The menu changes very regularly since the products are fresh, seasonal and local. If the weather permits, book a table on the terrace to make the most of the charm of the place.
