Frederik Deceunick has followed a faultless career path, from his apprenticeship in prestigious establishments such as Georges Blanc and Château de Germiny (near Arbois) to the opening of this charming restaurant. In a sober, uncluttered setting, the chef offers a contemporary cuisine inspired by the seasons. A wine cellar offers over 300 references. You can also dine at the table d'hôtes overlooking the kitchen (6 or 8 people). Add to this a beautiful sea view, and you've got a place to call your own.
