Restaurant De Waterlijn is a must in Knokke-Heist. Specializing in seafood, it offers a young and fresh cuisine. House specialties include lobster preparations, delicious fresh shrimp croquettes, Spanish paella and the famous sole meunière. In season, mussels are also recommended. The restaurant is also renowned for its fresh seafood platters. Meat lovers will not be outdone, with Argentine prime rib and pure Belgian filet of Blonde d'Aquitaine beef. Their aim is to offer quality cuisine and friendly service. The restaurant has a warm interior with a magnificent view of the sea, as well as a renovated terrace where it's pleasant to enjoy the sunset in fine weather. Children and dogs are welcome.
