Water en Vuur... water and fire... what a program! The Water en Vuur restaurant has set up shop in the astonishing setting of a barge. Just a stone's throw from the Tour d'Yser, it's an ideal spot for a gourmet break, with plenty of fish dishes, especially shrimp! Vegetarians and vegans will also be delighted. The chef offers a wide range of dishes based on seitan, soy and, of course, vegetables. The portions are generous, the products high quality and the setting truly original. What more could you ask for?
