Very close to the beach and the shopping streets, Claude and Sylvie's house exudes good living. Sylvie even has a nice expression: "she's a cream of the crop". The restaurant does not offer an a la carte menu but unique menus, evolving with the seasons and the inspiration of the chef. Everything is absolutely fresh, with Claude doing his market before it gets light, at the morning market in Brussels. At the top of the list is the fillet of sole with seaweed butter, spinach shoots, cauliflower mousseline and crispy quinoa. Then there is the chicken with almonds and mushroom ravioli. The range of wines to accompany the menu is really well chosen, and one appreciates the delicate aesthetics of the plates.

We have pass a very pleasant in this restaurant unpretentious but very professional, especially cuisine question. A truly superior quality, with a real chef. We could talk to him after the meal and give us an account that it is really passionate!

Very disappointed! I reserve by tél.une table for 12 people the 11/11/2012. It is told me that we can choose just between 2 menus and the kitchen closes at 14:30. About! We arrive between 13het 13:30 to intend to say there is no more than a menu! less attractive course! We left without eating and were received like kings with Cajou a little further!
we are patrons panne and after trying most restaurants, we can say filet de sole is fantastic. A real kitchen of outstanding quality; at low prices. Today, we do not look no further: The restaurant La Panne it is filet de sole!
