La Ferme au gré du temps doesn't take its name by chance. Here, production varies with the seasons. Mushrooms are available in late winter, while fruit is mainly available in summer. At the start of the school year in September, it's time for Burgundy snails. Everything on the farm is produced using permaculture, or agroecology. The aim is to reproduce an ecosystem inspired by nature. Animals, fruit trees and plants live in symbiosis, helping to create exceptional products.
