Following in the footsteps of Bruges-based Dominique Persoone and his audacious pairings, Stijn (son) and Janique (father) Vandenbouhede put all the creativity of the former and the know-how of the latter into pralines, truffles, tablettes and cookies that will transport you to paradise. Expect surprises: pralines filled with Flemish carbonnade, pecans and Ghent ham, Tierenteyn mustard or, more classically, yuzu, strawberry mint and a hint of balsamic vinegar... Delicious!
