The Pavillon des Vignerons is the wine showcase for 22 Savigny estates, not all of which are open to the public, and each of which has vineyard plots in the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits. The good news is that this Caveau des Climats is priced identically to the estates. Count on Damien Kukuk, a Savigny native with a background in the restaurant business, to advise you according to your tastes. The boutique also offers essential Burgundy goodies, local products and benchmark Crémants!
