These are the watchwords of Henri de Villamont, owned by the Schenk family since 1964: vinify, produce, mature and offer wines of great finesse, combining respect for terroir and modernity. A 10-hectare estate in the Côtes de Beaune and Nuits regions: Savigny-lès-Beaune^1er Cru, Chambolle-Musigny^1er Cru, Grands-Échezeaux Grand Cru. At L'oenothèque, the tour begins of the 2,500 m² vaulted cellars, impressive late ^19th-century buildings built under the impetus of passionate winemaker Léonce Bocquet and architect Charles Suisse.

The Pavillon des Vignerons is the wine showcase for 22 Savigny estates, not all of which are open to the public, and each of which has vineyard plots in the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits. The good news is that the Caveau des Climats offers the same prices as the domaines.
