La Fouchale is a stopover that smells of farm produce. Hailing from the homeland of Comté cheese, Juliette and Geoffrey know all there is to know about the history and terroirs of regional cheeses. They promote the work of local producers with free-range animals and artisanal know-how. Natural goat cheeses, with no additives or colorants, Époisses, Soumaintrain, Chaource, Pierre qui Vire and Boule des Moines.
