Le Relais de la Source is a gastronomic and bistronomic restaurant created in 2021 by Ahlame Buisard. The room in the former outbuilding of the Saint-Seine abbey and the tables set in the shady courtyard all contribute to the desire to discover the talents of chef Nicolas Brûlard and his team. The 2 to 6-course menus are remarkably crafted from local and seasonal produce. The experience is one of surprise and delight. The extensive wine list allows for subtle food and wine pairings, with advice from the maître d'hôtel and sommelier.

Menus from €59 to €115 (3 to 6-course menus + à la carte - cheese €14). Children's menu: €18. Lunch menu: €19 (2-course Bistrot menu. €25 for 3 courses). Wine and food formulas from €25 to €45. A former abbey outbuilding, Le Relais de la Source is a charming hotel, gourmet restaurant and wellness center in the heart of Burgundy's Côte d'Or region. From an 18th-century coaching inn to the Hôtel de la Poste, a local institution for two centuries, the place has always welcomed guests with warmth and friendliness. It's in this spirit that Ahlame Buisard and her team welcome you today to the Relais de la Source, named in homage to the village's history. On the first floor of the main building, the Relais de la Source restaurant welcomes you in a warm, wooded setting, with its cosy aperitif lounge and soothing pastel decor. Drawing his inspiration from the heart of Burgundy, Chef Nicolas Brûlard offers refined, local cuisine with partner producers no more than 50 km from Saint-Seine-l'Abbaye, and always in season

Tout était réuni pour un séjour de dernière minute parfait : un accueil chaleureux, une équipe aux petits soins, disponible et souriante du début à la fin.
Nous avons adoré le confort de la chambre, la piscine, l’accès au spa, ainsi que la cuisine, plus que savoureuse.
