The estate has seen 8 generations since 1758, certified organic in 2009, it is in biodynamic. 22 ha of vines with 2 Premiers Crus and 3 Grands Crus. Gilles worked with his father Henri since 1970, his sons Franck and Frédérick took over the domain in 2008. Special mention: the Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru with aromas of candied lemon, honey and grilled almonds with exquisite mineral touches and the Saint-Romain En Poillange with aromas of elder flowers with a long persistence.
