A mecca for Verviers' gastronomy, the menu remains a must with grilled meats (over a wood fire), real calf's head or other regional dishes and game in season. Also noteworthy are the excellent dumplings of the chef (who was awarded the Boulette d'Or in a previous establishment) and other local specialities. The atmosphere is that of a relaxed bistro-brewery, where the staff is friendly and efficient. A beautiful classic masterfully managed by Daniel Tsoutzidis and his wife Virginie Bordawé.

Every Verviers knows the Patch! In an original setting, this restaurant looks disorganized, but isn't at all. The menu is small, but changes regularly: from salads to sweetbreads, not forgetting Liège-style meatballs. Even though it's thirty kilometers from Liège, we know how to make them too! A place to discover, if you haven't already done so, if only for the old-fashioned brocante decor or the shady terrace in fine weather. And let's not forget the smile on the face of the cremière (Laurence), for rarely have we seen such optimism and joie de vivre.

These former customs warehouses at the Gare de l'Ouest have been converted into a hotel restaurant. The restaurant is open all day, non-stop, and offers a wide variety of international cuisine. The three-course menu changes every three weeks. The traditional menu features classic French specialties, with a touch of Belgian terroir. The traditional all-you-can-eat brunch is served every first Sunday of the month and on public holidays, from 12 to 4pm. There's also a lovely terrace.

Michel Norga and his wife Geneviève tastefully enlarged a beautiful building on a street corner. That's how Le Coin des Saveurs was born over 10 years ago. The cuisine is creative, daring and inventive. Fresh, seasonal produce is used in colorful, tasty dishes. Despite their success, they are not resting on their laurels, and are constantly coming up with new and sometimes daring creations. When you come here, you're guaranteed constant quality and meticulous attention to detail.
