Wine bar, renovated white stone tasting cellar with 16th-century vaults. The cellar opens onto a magnificent terrace and garden overlooking the Montrachet hillsides. Here, you can enjoy a glass of wine exclusively from Domaine Chanzy (80 ha HVE), savour the dish of the day, or visit the production cellars in Bouzeron. Several themed tastings are offered daily, from €25 to €50. You can also book a menu prepared by an ephemeral chef and benefit from the sommelier's advice. An inspiring place!

Accueil et service impeccable. Cuisine du terroir abordable et raffinée. Un large choix de vins pour tous les budgets. Une atmosphère intimiste dans un joli jardin. Nous reviendrons.

A tarda sera è difficile trovare un tavolo da queste parti e per fortuna questa winery ci accoglie per una cena che si rivelerà più che accettabile. All’arrivo un po’ di perplessità perché malgrado gli sforzi per parlare un francese non certo perfetto, lo sforzo per capirci è veramente minimo. Ma poi un buon bicchiere di vino (con successiva replica), delle uova al tartufo niente male e una carne alla griglia proprio ben fatta, rendono la cena piacevole e soddisfacente, che finisce nel bel giardino sotto uno splendido cielo stellato. Servizio gentile, soprattutto del ragazzo. Conto assolutamente corretto.

Von außen unscheinbares, aber riesiges (80ha), relativ junges Weingut (Domäne). Es können Weine einzeln oder als Verkostung probiert werden, die Verkostung gibt es in zwei, zu bezahlenden Varianten (kleiner oder größer); die reichlich vorhandenen Grand Crut (hier befindet sich ja einer der wenigen Lagen!) können aber weder glasweise noch im Tasting gekostet werden. Die Preise reichen von etwa 29€ bis über 150€.
Zu Essen gibt es eine kleine Auswahl an kleineren Gerichten, von Schnecken (preislich OK) bis Kavier (129€ die Portion).

Der Innenhof mit dem Garten und den alten Säulen ist unglaublich idyllisch. Leider waren aber die wenigen tatsächlich sehr guten Weine bereits ausverkauft bzw. "unverkäuflich"; schade!

Une divine découverte ! On y a dîné en amoureux, on a apprécié l’accueil, le service, la cuisine, la carte des vins et des plats proposés, ainsi que les très bons conseils et l’amabilité des personnes présentes.

On y retournera avec plaisir et on conseille vivement cet endroit agréable et ce cadre magnifique !
