This 18th-century former Ursuline convent houses a spectacular cellar where the Boisset family wines mature.
This former 18th-century Ursuline convent now houses a spectacular cellar where Boisset family wines are matured. Inaugurated in 2018, this unique 1,500 m², 15-metre-high structure, designed by Frédéric Didier, chief architect of the Monuments Historiques, impresses with its audacity. A sumptuous place between earth and sky, to be discovered during tasting tours available by reservation only. Its green roof and colorful stained glass windows make the oenological experience even more unusual.
