Château de Marsannay is one of the 3 Halley family estates, along with Marché aux Vins and Château de Meursault. It owns 40 ha of vines, including 28 ha on the best terroirs of the Marsannay appellation. Nearly 200,000 bottles are produced every year, including some of the famous jewels of the local vineyard: the 4 Grands Crus Clos de Vougeot, Ruchottes-Chambertin, Chambertin, Echezeaux, the Premiers Crus Vosne-Romanée, Gevrey-Chambertin Bel-Air and Gevrey-Chambertin Champeaux. Nous avons voulu visiter, mais sans dégustation.... il nous a été répondu "nous ne sommes pas un musée", en nous demandant de nous mettre de côté, des personnes devant déguster arrivaient... Donc j'en conclue que si tu ne deguste pas tu ne visite pas. Ma conclusion a moi est "pas de visite pas d'achat".

We visited as a day trip from Dijon and I can completely recommend this to others! It was easily accessible with public transportation, had a well-priced tour and delicious tasting, and was beautiful to see even in April. Emmanuel, the tour guide, was excellent - so fun and informative. Thanks for the great day and great wines, Château Marsannay!

Beautiful atmosphere - however you have to make an appointment in order to do wine tasting. The winery is vast and the place can also do a tour if you like.

Nous avons fait une visite ainsi qu’une dégustation, c’était génial ! Robin a animé la visite à merveille et nous a fait une super dégustation. Les vins sont excellents, une expérience conviviale que je recommande fortement pour mieux comprendre et apprécier les vins de Bourgogne!
