Château de Marsannay is one of the 3 Halley family estates, along with Marché aux Vins and Château de Meursault. It owns 40 ha of vines, including 28 ha on the best terroirs of the Marsannay appellation. Nearly 200,000 bottles are produced every year, including some of the famous jewels of the local vineyard: the 4 Grands Crus Clos de Vougeot, Ruchottes-Chambertin, Chambertin, Echezeaux, the Premiers Crus Vosne-Romanée, Gevrey-Chambertin Bel-Air and Gevrey-Chambertin Champeaux. High season from May to September and low season from October to April. Delivery possible. Cellar tour and wine tasting €39 to €85. For groups of 10 to 30 people €31 per person. Superbe visite guidée réservée en ligne du Château de Marsannay avec une dégustation à la fin. 2h30 passé sur place avec une terrible décision à prendre pour choisir les bouteilles à ramener à la maison !

We stayed in the area for a few days. We drove up and down the Route de Vins and chose this place to do some tasting after doing some research online.

It's a very nice winery, lovely building in a nice setting. Inside it's very classy. Tours are available too. We tasted a few of their wines. Some red, some white. Really lovely french wine. It was really nice here in the tasting room, felt very relaxed.

Ended up buying a pack of three wines: red, white and Rosé. For 99 Euros a really good price. Had the fresh, fruity and crisp White the same night for dinner and brought the other two bottles home. Both the Rosé and the Red were really enjoyable as well. France has so many wines and wineries. This one here surely is a very good one with enjoyable wines for every budget.

A great tasting experience. And our Bulldog was even welcome inside as well. Parking is right out front and there are plenty of spots.

Une expérience inoubliable au Château de Marsannay ! La visite a été parfaitement orchestrée, avec une guide passionnée et dotée d’énormes connaissances. Nous avons appris énormément sur la région, les terroirs et les différents climats de Bourgogne, des éléments qui rendent cette région viticole si unique. La dégustation a été tout aussi exceptionnelle, avec des vins sélectionnés avec soin et présentés avec expertise. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cette immersion passionnante dans l’univers des vins de Bourgogne. À recommander sans hésiter !
