Château de Marsannay is one of the 3 Halley family estates, along with Marché aux Vins and Château de Meursault. It owns 40 ha of vines, including 28 ha on the best terroirs of the Marsannay appellation. Nearly 200,000 bottles are produced every year, including some of the famous jewels of the local vineyard: the 4 Grands Crus Clos de Vougeot, Ruchottes-Chambertin, Chambertin, Echezeaux, the Premiers Crus Vosne-Romanée, Gevrey-Chambertin Bel-Air and Gevrey-Chambertin Champeaux. Arrivés à l'improviste, nous avons été très bien reçu.
Nous n'avions pas le temps de faire la visite complète mais nous avons néanmoins eu droit à une petite dégustation.
Très grand choix de vins avec quelques très belles appellations.
La qualité est au rendez-vous et on ne vous pousse pas à l'achat.
